Reedy & Company Relators LLC is searching for a qualified and experienced plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties we manage.
Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
● Install, maintain, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
● Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner.
● Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential problems before they occur.
● Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations.
● May be required to prepare estimates and invoices for completed work.

Qualifications:
● Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee (or equivalent).
● Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
● Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
● Clean MVR
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.
