Responsibilities:
● Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls
● Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
● Understand service criteria and exceed revenue goals
● Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets
● Participate in training for professional growth
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
● Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job
● Team player with a positive attitude
● Self-starter who meets challenges head-on
● Proven track record in pipe repair, fixture installation, and gas leak testing/repair
● Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Exceptional customer service
● Committed to continuous improvement in your skills
● Competitive spirit with a team-oriented mindset
● Must be able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test
