Responsibilities:
● Fabricating and installing plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment on an active construction site
● Ensuring all work meets relevant codes and safety standards
● Applying plumbing principles accurately and effectively
● Using appropriate equipment and implementing safety practices
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or G.E.D. (minimum education)
● Active journeyman, master’s, or apprenticeship card (Louisiana preferred, other states accepted)
● Minimum of 2 years documented experience with an apprenticeship card
● At least 5 years related experience with an active journeyman’s or master’s license
● Knowledge of site utility work
● OSHA 10 certification
Preferences:
● Equipment operating experience
● Prior experience working on government projects
