Responsibilities:
● Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs and installations
● Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues with precision and efficiency
● Ensure complete customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
● Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and necessary follow-up actions
● Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
● Mentor and train apprentice plumbers and junior team members
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 4 years of plumbing service experience
● Navien certification is a plus
● Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
● Ability to work independently or as part of a team
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Must be able to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
