Responsibilities:
● Perform repairs and installations of plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, gas lines, and garbage disposals
● Conduct general maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent emergencies
● Keep and maintain records like customer job summaries and time spent on the job, using both paper and iPad
● Prepare and provide estimates to customers
● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
● Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
● Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams
● Regularly clean and maintain your company truck
● Ensure plumbing systems comply with current rules and regulations to pass inspection
● Participate in ongoing training for your professional development
Qualifications:
● 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing
● Apprentice Plumbing License (Required)
● Journeyman’s Plumbing License (Preferred)
● Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
● Knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing
● Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
● Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 100 lbs
● Confidence and comfort in day-to-day sales and customer interactions
● Professional, punctual, and proactive approach
● Proficiency with plumbing tools including snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tools, and screwdrivers
● Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
● Enthusiastic personality with strong sales skills
