What You’ll Do:
● Support a team of technicians in the field.
● Pick up parts from supply houses and deliver them to job sites.
● Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor for planning routes and deliveries.
● Help prepare materials for jobs as needed.
● Assist with monthly physical inventory.
● Ensure field personnel are set up and ready for work each morning.
● Check pricing on purchase orders (POs).
● Communicate with suppliers and check products in as necessary.
● Perform physical tasks, including digging, climbing, and heavy lifting.
● Educate customers about plumbing issues and how to resolve them.
● Provide exceptional customer service and present yourself professionally.
● Communicate positively with teammates in the field and office.
● Be ready to help wherever needed and maintain ethical standards.
What You Need To Succeed:
● Valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
● High standards for your work with a commitment to excellence and integrity.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong communication skills with field personnel and management.
● A growth mindset and eagerness to improve.
● Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing environments.
● Dependable and consistent work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
● Strong dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
● Capacity to walk, stand, climb, bend, kneel, and reach in all directions.
● Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
