Essential Job Functions:
● Learn from experienced plumbers the technical and soft skills needed to become a Lead Plumber
● Assist with light repair and installation work
● Present yourself professionally to win new referrals and repeat business
● Be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to customers
● Complete all paperwork accurately and timely
● Follow company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
● Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
● Prioritize safety both on the job and while driving
● Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats
● Embrace the Acree culture – Positive, Professional, and Passionate

Qualifications:
● MUST have a Valid Driver’s License
● Must undergo a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
● Positive attitude
● Mechanical aptitude
● Good communication skills
● Willingness and ability to learn
● Ability to regularly lift/move objects weighing 10 – 50 lbs, and occasionally lift/move items over 100 lbs

Experience/Education:
● High school diploma or equivalent
