Responsibilities:
● Hands-On Training – Work closely with experienced plumbers and installers to gain real-world experience.
● Residential Plumbing Support – Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential homes.
● Material & Equipment Handling – Help with parts, tools, deliveries, and site setup.
● Tool Operation – Safely operate hand and power tools, following safety protocols.
● Physical Labor – Perform tasks that require strength and dexterity, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
● Code Compliance – Learn local plumbing codes and industry standards.
● Service Assistance – Support licensed plumbers with inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting.
● Customer Interaction – Communicate effectively with homeowners, explaining work and offering recommendations.
● Record Keeping – Assist with documenting job progress and service information using Service Titan software.
Qualifications:
● Eagerness to Learn – Passion for the plumbing trade and a willingness to grow through hands-on experience.
● Mechanical Aptitude – Any background in plumbing, construction, or mechanical systems is a plus.
● Physical Fitness – Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and handle physical labor daily.
● Tool Knowledge – Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is beneficial.
● Communication Skills – Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
● Attention to Detail – Capable of following instructions and working to precise standards.
● Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record.
