Responsibilities:
● Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems & boilers
● Determine the source of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders
● Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean
● Respond to emergency situations, make recommendations, and perform required repairs
● Submit proper documentation of the work performed
Qualifications:
● At least 1 year of experience in plumbing, including drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair/replacement, etc.
● Boiler experience highly preferred
● Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and correct drain and plumbing issues
● Knowledge of video inspection, line locating, and hydro-jetting
● Ability to work independently and with minimal direction/oversight
● Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
● Must pass drug and background screens
● Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
● Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
● Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions
