This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing trades while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. Weir Plumbing Heating and Cooling LLC is a trusted provider of plumbing services for both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities:
● Assist licensed plumbers on job sites
● Learn to read blueprints, plans, and technical diagrams
● Prepare and clean job sites, including moving tools and materials
● Install basic plumbing under supervision
● Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
● Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
● Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
● Show up on time and ready to work with a positive attitude
● Attend training sessions and complete on-the-job learning goals
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED preferred
● 1+ year of general labor or construction experience preferred, but not required
● Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor)
● Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

Schedule:
