Responsibilities:
● Service products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction
● Use a variety of hand tools to complete tasks
● Prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts and coordinating work
● Document work by completing job paperwork and maintaining files
● Maintain current knowledge of manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
● Provide technical support to customers
● Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required

Qualifications:
● 0-1 year experience preferred
● Valid driver’s license required
