● Following quality checklists and completing all paperwork accurately
● Participating in on-the-job learning and classroom-based training

● A valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record
● The ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer

● Comfort with physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
● Basic tech skills including email and mobile communication tools
