Responsibilities:
● Assist a lead plumber on residential service calls, performing tasks with care and precision
● Create positive connections with customers through professionalism and communication
● Help prepare job sites and maintain clean, organized work areas
● Support accurate truck inventory and job staging
● Follow quality checklists and complete all paperwork accurately
● Participate in on-the-job learning and classroom-based training
● Uphold Goettl’s standards of safety, service, and integrity at all times
Qualifications:
● A track record of commitment and continuous improvement
● A valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
● Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
● Exceptional organization, reliability, and willingness to learn
● Clear and confident communication skills
● High energy, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the trade
● Comfort with physical labor including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
● Basic tech skills including email and mobile communication tools
