Responsibilities:
● Learn the trade of a plumber while assisting with plumbing repairs alongside journeyman plumbers.
● Troubleshoot and perform repairs.
● Perform various residential plumbing maintenance and replacement services while providing an excellent client experience.
● Communicate with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
● Show up, be professional, and ready to learn.
● Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:
● 1+ year of plumbing apprentice experience.
● Must have critical thinking skills along with openness and willingness to learn.
● Customer service skills are a plus.
● Ability to closely follow our performance standards, safety policies, and code of ethics.
● Mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior plumbing experience is not necessary.
● A high school diploma or GED.
● Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.
● Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds.

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
