Responsibilities:
● Assist Lead Plumber on service calls, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
● Establish rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction
● Present yourself as a professional to encourage repeat business
● Help troubleshoot jobs using our quality checklist
● Aid in maintaining an organized job site and well-stocked truck
● Participate in hands-on training through our Plumbing Technical Trainer
● Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion

Qualifications:
● Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A genuine passion for the Mattioni brand
● High integrity and strong social skills for connecting with customers
● A desire to improve and grow as a Service Technician
● An outgoing personality that fits a goal-driven environment
● Motivation and a great attitude towards teamwork and responsibilities
● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
● Ability to pass a drug and background test and maintain an insurable driver’s record
