Responsibilities:

• Report to customers’ homes on time with general knowledge of the work to be done.
• Educate customers on system use, maintenance, and damage prevention.
• Install and remove water heaters.
• Utilize tools such as electrical hand tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, and drain machines.
• Determine service requirements using technical skills and experience.
• Complete all tasks while ensuring safe working conditions.
• Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers when needed.
• Document detailed outcomes of every work order.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing tools, equipment, and methods.
• Familiarity with code requirements and safety practices.
• Accurate diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent ability to explain technical information to clients.
• Computer knowledge for plumbing duties, including timekeeping and billing.
