Responsibilities:
● Arrive on time for scheduled customer appointments with a general understanding of the work to be done
● Educate customers on system use, maintenance techniques, and provide professional suggestions
● Install and remove water heaters
● Use various tools, including electrical hand-tools and drain machines
● Apply technical skills to assess service requirements
● Maintain safe working conditions during all tasks
● Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as necessary
● Document the outcome of work orders in detail
● Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
● Strong mechanical aptitude
● Ability to read and understand technical instructions
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices in plumbing services
● Ability to accurately diagnose plumbing issues
● Capability to explain technical information clearly to clients
● Proficiency in computer software for plumbing duties, such as billing and time keeping
