Responsibilities:
● Perform residential plumbing services including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
● Assist in diagnosing plumbing issues and providing accurate repair estimates
● Utilize Service Titan software on iPads for service management
● Collaborate with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
● Conduct routine maintenance and emergency plumbing responses as needed
Qualifications:
● A Plumbing Apprentice Card with ideally 1500+ hours logged
● 1+ years of plumbing experience, particularly in Residential Service
● Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last 3 years
● Proficient in using technology like iPads and plumbing software
● Strong understanding of plumbing repair, including leak detection, water heaters, and drain cleaning
● A passion for providing 5-star service to customers
