As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will:
● Shadow a Journeyman Plumber for two years while gaining hands-on experience
● Assist with the installation and repair of residential and commercial plumbing
● Be encouraged to register for the electrical program with Skilled Trades of West Alabama
To thrive in this role, you should have:
● High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
● Knowledge of residential and commercial codes and proper application
● Preferred but not required: Knowledge of proper plumbing safety
● Some plumbing experience
● Must be authorized to work in the US
