You will be responsible for delivering quality coaching to our clients, including:
● Conduct client calls as scheduled
● Complete and manage client calls in our contact management software
● Create and review client management plans with the Senior Coach
● Recommend process improvements and additional training for clients
● Assist clients in writing procedures and implementing BDR philosophy
● Maintain accurate records and updates in our CRM system
● Write clear business case studies and ROI reports
● Attend client events and training sessions as needed
● Contribute to team training and complete reporting as directed
● Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of plumbing industry experience
● Minimum of 3 years in a management/leadership role for a successful contractor business
● Strong leadership and motivational skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
● Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Ability to navigate and present training materials clearly
● Understanding of selling and labor management practices
