Responsibilities:
● Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents
● Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, air distribution, ventilation, and building automation
● Deliver projects across multiple models: design/bid/build, design assist, and design build
● Process contractor submittals and RFIs
● Use technology to create innovative approaches to building design
● Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Science & Technology
Qualifications:
● Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
● 5+ years of relevant experience
● LEED AP BD+C preferred
● Proficiency in BIM and Revit
● Familiarity with current codes and technologies
● Strong understanding of engineering systems and advanced engineering principles
● Proven record of delivering quality work
