Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor the residential plumbing team for optimal performance and growth
● Maintain 90% field presence, ensuring quality workmanship
● Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
● Promote a positive, accountable teamwork environment
● Provide technical guidance and stay updated on industry trends
● Conduct training sessions for skill enhancement
● Implement quality measures and minimize rework
● Maintain accurate records and enforce safety protocols
● Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations
● Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
● Management experience preferred
