Responsibilities:
● Supervise, coordinate, inspect, and perform assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing components during construction, tenant finish-out, or remodeling.
● Utilize technical expertise to prepare material take-offs and design systems from project documents.
● Oversee project planning, construction schedules, and staffing decisions based on equipment knowledge.
● Coach and mentor craft workers; verify certifications when scheduling personnel.
● Inspect ongoing and completed work for conformity to specifications.
● Eliminate job site hazards and perform required safety observations.
● Coordinate materials, tools, and supplies to support the construction plan.
● Work with tools as required to meet construction schedules.
● Identify conflicts in contract documents and clarify as needed.
● Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
● Journeyman license for Colorado state required.
● Residential, apartment (multifamily), and light commercial experience preferred.
● Proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
● In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
● Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
● Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
