Schedule:
● On-call, as needed basis
● Hours: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
● Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
● Perform administrative, technical, and inspection work related to the enforcement and interpretation of the Massachusetts State Plumbing Code and Massachusetts Code for the Installation of Gas Appliances and Gas Piping.
● Conduct detailed skilled inspections and review duties, requiring significant judgment to ensure compliance with proper standards.
● Enforce pertinent laws and regulations effectively.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED.
● MA Plumber and Gas Fitter License required.
● Five years supervisory experience as a MA licensed Journeyman Plumber and Gas Fitter.
● Master Plumber License preferred.
● Must possess a valid MA driver’s license (Class D).
● Must successfully pass a C.O.R.I. background check.
● Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
