Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of 25-40 employees
● Drive growth and develop new business opportunities
● Oversee P&L and financial reporting to the management team
● Maintain a focus on strong customer service and satisfaction
● Participate in contract negotiations
● Motivate and lead your team to achieve operational excellence
Qualifications:
● Must have commercial plumbing service background and management experience
● 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
● High School Diploma or higher
● Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
● Strong knowledge of plumbing products, installation, and mechanical functions
● Proven leadership skills and work ethic
● Excellent communication skills
● A stable background and solid work history
