Responsibilities:
● Manage, direct, coordinate, and control drain technicians, camera technicians, and installation teams.
● Implement general policies for the department to streamline performance and daily operations.
● Train staff to ensure compliance with company policies and performance guidelines.
● Keep in constant contact with the install coordinator for job updates and customer communication.
● Ensure all materials are prepared before installation jobs start.
● Handle OSHA documentation and lead safety meetings according to requirements.
● Maintain and update information on the install tracking board.
● Manage adjustments on install invoices.
● Uphold the company culture focusing on teamwork, communication, ethics, and integrity.
● Ensure all work meets or exceeds OSHA regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
