Key Responsibilities:
● Install and connect plumbing systems including pipes, drainage systems, faucets, sinks, dishwashers, garbage disposals, bathtubs, showers, and water heaters
● Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for kitchen and bath installations
● Troubleshoot plumbing issues during installation and make necessary repairs or adjustments
● Ensure all plumbing work complies with national and local plumbing codes and safety standards
● Test and inspect plumbing installations to ensure proper functioning and leak-free performance
● Collaborate with other trades (electricians, carpenters, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
● Maintain a clean and organized worksite
● Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status and any potential issues
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a plumbing installer, focusing on kitchen and bathroom installations
● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping materials, and installation techniques
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
● Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
