In this role, you will:
● Oversee and execute residential service work, diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing issues with precision.
● Manage the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
● Communicate effectively with customers to explain plumbing problems and offer tailored repair or replacement options.
● Mentor and train junior plumbers, providing expert guidance on system design and troubleshooting.
● Coordinate with other trades and handle intricate plumbing issues requiring advanced technical knowledge.
We’re looking for someone who has:
● At least 5+ years of experience in the plumbing trade, including residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
● Active Master Plumbing License in good standing, with other certifications like gas fitting and backflow prevention being a plus.
● Mastery of all aspects of plumbing systems and proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
● Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead plumbing projects from planning to completion.
● Leadership and mentorship experience, with a focus on safety and skill development.
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, along with the ability to handle physical job requirements.
