Responsibilities:
● Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time by field and operational personnel
● Manage workflow by monitoring plumbers to ensure all jobs are complete with accurate paperwork and excellent customer service
● Provide estimations for tankless water heater installations and non-standard plumbing jobs
● Communicate proactively with management regularly
● Maintain positive associate morale
● Perform general clerical duties (e.g., copying, faxing, mail distribution, filing)
● Answer phones and resolve customer conflicts as necessary
● Attend conference calls and update management on key processes
● Coach plumbers and associates in need of improvement and document if needed
● Perform all other related duties as assigned
● All job offers are contingent on the successful completion of a stringent background check prior to employment
Qualifications:
● A background or license in plumbing
● Proven ability to successfully lead a team of plumbers and sales associates
● Good analytical, written, and verbal skills
● Proficient in MS Office
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
● Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to lead the team by example
