Responsibilities:
● Re-piping residential customers’ homes
● Work closely with the Installation department to ensure timely and accurate installations
● Provide excellent customer service to our clients
● Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedules, and proactively solve customer concerns
● Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job
● Document work performed according to company procedures
● Guide assistants or apprentices and share knowledge
● Keep personal tools and equipment operational and up to date
● Maintain professional conduct and appearance

Qualifications:
● At least two (2) years of residential plumbing installation experience
● Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
● Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory record
● Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (as applicable)
● Physical dexterity
