What You’ll Do:
● Manage the full sales lifecycle for residential plumbing projects—from consultation to close.
● Conduct in-home assessments of plumbing systems and fixtures, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
● Offer customized proposals based on homeowner needs, system condition, and preferences.
● Present and explain estimates, scope of work, and financing options with professionalism and clarity.
● Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, building long-term relationships.
● Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and sales progress.
● Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to service.
● Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay at the top of your game.
What We’re Looking For:
● Minimum of one (1) year of residential plumbing sales experience is required.
● Two (2) or more years of in-home sales experience.
● Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
● Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
● Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
● Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceTitan is a plus.
● Knowledge of the Fort Myers and Naples markets is highly preferred.
