Responsibilities:
● Perform daily service calls for plumbing repairs, new installations, drain cleaning, and sewer repair
● Manage and supervise assigned personnel effectively
● Coordinate training and development for staff
● Motivate and manage service team performance
● Assist with on-site problems as needed
● Foster a positive work environment
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in a plumbing company
● Prior management and sales experience
● Familiarity with Service Titan software is preferred
● A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
