Responsibilities:
● Manage and guide service technicians and supervisors to operate within company guidelines and state/local codes.
● Coordinate HR-related issues and actively participate in hiring activities.
● Conduct performance management conversations to help employees grow in their careers.
● Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure technician performance meets customer needs.
● Assist with sales proposals and identify prefabrication opportunities.
● Monitor technician labor hours for efficiency and safety.
● Conduct monthly safety meetings and implement policies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
● Required registrations, professional licenses, and certifications as needed.
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in the plumbing sector.
● Advanced understanding of MEP systems, service processes, and codes.
● Proficient in reading complex schematics and blueprints.
● Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
