As a Plumbing Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
● Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of both residential and commercial plumbing
● Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction
● Analyzing information and evaluating results to solve plumbing issues
● Diagnosing and repairing units using a variety of hand tools, following technical specifications
● Replacing water heaters and maintaining gas valves, sump pumps, and plumbing fixtures
● Conducting preventative maintenance and modifications as needed
● Documenting work by completing paperwork and maintaining job files

To be a successful candidate, you should possess:
● Four years or more of new construction plumbing experience or three years of residential service plumbing experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record
● OSHA 10 certification
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Basic Android/iPad knowledge for electronic timekeeping
● Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions and on-call for up to one week
