Key Responsibilities
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and pumps, identifying additional issues and communicating findings to customers.
● Install plumbing systems and components as per manufacturer specifications and company standards, ensuring proper operation.
● Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system performance checks.
● Provide professional communication and education on maintenance and recommendations to customers.
● Follow OSHA regulations, adhere to plumbing codes, and participate in safety training.
● Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and inventory levels.
● Handle urgent service calls, including nights and weekends, in various challenging environments.
● Mentor junior technicians and support SOP development for plumbing services.
Qualifications & Experience
● High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
● Journeyman or Master Plumber license as required by location.
● OSHA 10 certification required; additional certifications preferred.
● 3–5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial or industrial settings.
● Knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and local codes.
● Proficiency with plumbing tools and troubleshooting techniques.
● Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
● Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physical demands such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
● Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and at heights.
● Must wear required PPE when necessary.
Schedule & Expectations
● Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations.
● Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and a customer-focused approach.
