Responsibilities:
● Diagnose and repair plumbing systems while guiding customers in confident buying decisions
● Complete plumbing residential service calls within your area of expertise
● Establish customer rapport to build trust and appropriately sell products and services
● Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions
● Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans
● Exceed minimum KPI goals and successfully complete follow-up calls
● Train and mentor apprentices for quick and accurate repairs and installations
● Explain replacement opportunities for aging or underperforming systems
● Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-stocked truck
Qualifications:
● Proficient in using tools and resources related to basic service calls
● Knowledgeable in plumbing and gas codes and safety standards
● Able to explain technical information to non-technical customers
● Timely problem-solving using established policies and procedures
● At least one state license or certification
● Engaged in ongoing technical development and cross-training
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
