Responsibilities:
● Assemble and install plumbing systems
● Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
● Maintain and repair residential and commercial sewer systems
● Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
● Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
● Ability to understand the plumbing code
● Ability to handle physical workload
● Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Further Duty Description:
● Water Heater
● Water Softener
● Sump Pump and equip
● Garbage Disposal
● RO Equipment
● All Faucets (kitchen and lav)
● Toilets and Urinals
● Repipe water and sewer
● All backups – mainline, kitchen, lav
● Sewer Cleaning
● Sewer Jetting
● Video inspect sewer lines
Other Requirements:
● MUST have 3 + years’ experience in residential service plumbing
● MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
● MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends and holidays.
● We do have a rotating on call schedule.
● MUST have excellent customer service skills
● Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
● Basic computer skills
● Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
● Follow routine verbal and written instructions
● Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
● Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
