Responsibilities:
● Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and supervise multiple activities for projects
● Review submittals for accuracy and compliance
● Conduct safety meetings and record topics discussed
● Assist in hiring subcontractors as needed
● Coordinate work with different crafts and subcontractors
● Walk jobs, monitor timelines and progress
● Interpret blueprints/drawings for installation
● Maintain communication with clients, estimators, and project managers
● Perform material take-offs and order necessary materials
● Resolve construction-related problems as needed
● Monitor compliance with safety standards and document corrective measures
● Maintain cost control and adherence to project budgets
● Document employee hours and submit to Payroll Coordinator
● Assist in employee relations and performance reviews
● Take on additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED required
● Valid state-issued driver’s license
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial construction environment
● At least 2 years at a Foreman level
● Ability to read and implement construction documents
● Strong supervisory skills—manage up to 30 employees and subcontractors
● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
● Ability to operate various construction tools and equipment
● Ability to work Monday through Friday and as needed on weekends
● Capable of physical demands of the job including lifting and working at heights
