Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily plumbing operations on commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, multifamily, industrial, and retail.
● Lead, mentor, and manage plumbing crews and subcontractors on site.
● Interpret drawings, specifications, and plumbing schematics to ensure proper installation.
● Coordinate with General Contractors (GCs), other MEP trades, and internal project teams to maintain workflow.
● Oversee the installation of domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas piping, fixtures, equipment, and related systems.
● Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to local plumbing codes and safety policies.
● Manage material planning, deliveries, and equipment requirements to keep the project on schedule.
● Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance to crew members.
● Track manpower, daily progress, and communicate updates to Project Managers.
● Support testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Plumbing Supervisor or similar role.
● Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
● Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
● Solid problem-solving skills and knowledge of troubleshooting.
● Familiarity with project management practices is a plus.
