Responsibilities:
● Managing the maintenance and repair of Plumbing systems for UAMS facilities
● Leading and supervising licensed plumbers and maintenance repair technicians
● Coordinating maintenance and repair activities during non-standard hours
● Resolving facility-related issues and emergencies
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of plumbing experience and 2 years in a supervisory role
● Arkansas Journeyman’s Plumbing License (or equivalent)
● A valid driver’s license with fewer than 12 points on your Motor Vehicle record
● Intermediate computer program proficiency
Preferred qualifications include:
● Experience in a healthcare setting or similar regulated environment
● Master Plumbing License
● Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM)
