Responsibilities:
● Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls
● Establish customer rapport to set the right products and services
● Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
● Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals
● Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to secure referrals and repeat business
● Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for overall business success
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
● Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats
● Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets
● Develop a proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, and gas leak testing and repair
Qualifications:
● At least two years of relevant experience
● Clean, safe driving record
● Highly organized with exceptional follow-through ability
● Strong desire to improve as a technician continuously
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to apply them on the job
Physical Requirements:
● Able to stand for long periods
● Able to lift up to 30 lbs at a time
