Join our Len The Plumber Heating and Air team! We are looking for dedicated and skilled **licensed Journeyman or Master Plumbers** with a preference for those with **Residential Service experience**. Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
● Read blueprints and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts
● Plan, install, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
● Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on plumbing services
● Identify required tools and special equipment for jobs
● Select appropriate pipe types and sizes
● Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
● Ensure all installations and repairs meet applicable codes and standards

Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time management abilities
● Ability to sell services effectively and build customer relationships
● Maintain a clean and organized job site
● High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or college degrees preferred)
