Responsibilities:
● Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, hot water tanks, and drains
● Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues according to local codes and the National Standard Plumbing Code (NSPC)
● Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prepare facilities for occupancy and respond to plumbing emergencies
● Manage work orders and coordinate with outside contractors for efficient repairs
● Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and keep accurate records of assignments and system conditions
Qualifications:
● Minimum of three years of experience as a Plumbing Technician
● A valid Ohio Driver’s License and safe driving record
● Personal basic hand tools required for plumbing tasks
● Preferred: Plumbing License and Backflow Certification
