What You’ll Do:
● Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues, such as leaks, fixtures, toilets, disposals, and water heaters.
● Troubleshoot plumbing problems accurately and recommend suitable repair or replacement options.
● Communicate effectively with customers, explaining findings and setting proper expectations.
● Maintain clean and safe work areas, protecting customer property.
● Document each job thoroughly using ServiceTitan, including notes and photos.
● Coordinate with dispatch to maintain accurate schedules.
● Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
● Participate in on-call rotation and assist with weekend or after-hours services as necessary.
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of service plumbing experience or equivalent field experience.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Proficiency in diagnosing plumbing issues independently.
● Comfortable using mobile apps and field service software.
Preferred:
● New Jersey plumbing license or an interest in pursuing licensure.
● Strong experience with water heater diagnostics and replacements.
● Excellent troubleshooting skills across plumbing systems.
● Ability to present repair options professionally and ethically.
