As a Quality Control Inspector, your primary duties will include:
● Inspecting parts, products, and processes to ensure they meet our quality standards.
● Using fixed and variable measuring instruments to check for irregularities and defects.
● Comparing products with parts lists to confirm assembly completion.
● Coordinating with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve product-related issues.
● Ensuring compliance with quality control policies, procedures, and applicable federal regulations.
● Upholding all safety policies in accordance with OSHA regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
● A High School diploma or G.E.D.
● At least one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
● The ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
The job will involve:
● Regular talking and hearing, walking, sitting, and using hands.
● Standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
● Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
● Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment:
The role involves working in various seasonal weather conditions, with a noise level that varies from moderate to loud.
