Responsibilities:
● Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and related in-home service calls.
● Build and establish customer rapport to ensure great service.
● Educate customers on home maintenance and financing options.
● Provide technical support to customers.
● Understand and exceed sales goals.
● Stay updated on manufacturer products for installations and repairs.
● Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of residential plumbing tasks.
● Train and mentor apprentices as needed.
● Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck.
● Deliver exceptional customer service to win repeat business.
● Commit to high standards of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of two years of residential plumbing experience required.
● Sales experience is a plus.
● Knowledge of tankless, water treatment, and well pumps preferred.
● Strong mechanical aptitude.
● Valid Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record.
● High work standards and integrity.
● Growth mindset and the desire to improve daily.
● Ability to thrive under pressure.
● Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to operate hand and power tools commonly used in the field.
● Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
● Capable of walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
● Able to work at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts.
● Willingness to work outside in varying weather conditions.
● Ability to perform maintenance duties and read blueprints.
