We are seeking motivated Residential Plumbing Service Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in the plumbing industry. Previous experience in plumbing, construction, HVAC, maintenance, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for hardworking individuals who are eager to learn, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Assist technicians with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
● Help service, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
● Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions and service-related issues.
● Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and daily documentation.
● Follow company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
● Keep work areas clean and organized.
● Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
● Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish on every service call.
Qualifications:
● A mechanical inclination with a willingness to learn a skilled trade.
● A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
● Good communication and customer service skills.
● The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
● The ability to perform physical labor and work long hours when needed.
● A valid driver’s license.
