Responsibilities:
● Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently
● Perform plumbing services including water heater replacement and repair
● Replace fixtures such as faucets, tubs, and toilets
● Conduct drain cleaning and maintain competent use of conventional sewer machines
● Provide exceptional customer service and act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of residential service & repair experience
● Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting a normal plumbing system
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
● Ability to provide exceptional customer service on the job site
● Results-driven and able to work independently in various weather conditions
