● Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
● Lead customers to make informed purchasing decisions
● Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and installation teams
● Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
● Update your truck inventory regularly
● Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
● Participate in the on-call rotation
● Maintain a clean and professional appearance
● Have and maintain a clean driving record
● Engage in ongoing training for professional growth
● Obtain necessary certifications (assistance provided)
