Responsibilities:
● Create detailed 3D models of plumbing systems using Revit.
● Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to meet project requirements.
● Interpret blueprints, plumbing and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and other technical specifications.
● Address and resolve design issues within the Revit environment.
● Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
● Conduct site visits to gather data and verify conditions for accurate modeling.
● Prepare material take-offs and bills of materials.
● Communicate design concepts and updates effectively.
Qualifications:
● Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed 3D models of plumbing systems.
● Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.
● Familiarity with piping design principles, including system layouts and components.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings and models.
● Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
● Problem-solving skills to address and resolve design issues.
● Understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
● Field experience with site visits to gather data and verify conditions.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
